Well, the original house that I was supposed to stay in the hot tub was not working so I was moved to another house. However, I was not given the address of the house they had moved me to. Which prevented me from checking in on the date that I was supposed to check in which was Thursday November 9th. So I had to forgo the first night stay of my vacation. Then had to call the office the next morning to get the address for the house. Then drove to the house only to find out that it was not a pet friendly property and I could not stay there. I then had to be moved again. Thankfully it was to the original house I had booked, which I appreciated. However, the inconveniences were very frustrating and the lack of communication as well. I paid to stay for four nights and only got to stay for three. In the end I enjoyed the house and my vacation, but definitely had some frustrating points to it that mainly had to do with the company that manages the properties. The house was great and the indoor hot tub was and added bonus.
