We spent five nights at this house in February. It’s a nice, well-appointed house in a good location. Our major criticism is the lack of any kind of guest book and some basics. The hot tub is old and a little temperamental…hot tubs are a lot less fun when the temperature is only 90 degrees. There are multiple remotes for the tv and related equipment. A book, which is standard in such places, would have gone a long way in explaining how these systems work. Also, there was a grill but no propane; fireplace but no firewood. Sorry for the lack of home book and information. We have removed the books due to COVID restrictions when we first reopened last March. Multiple TV remotes without any information can definitely be frustrating. I will be notifying the home owner concerning the hot tub condition. I will also be working directly with our maintenance team and owner to make sure the propane tanks are filled and firewood is available for guest use. Thank you again for reviewing your stay. Brad K.
