Lovely home, amazing view, brought down by heating issues and lack of fireplace

The view is amazing. The floor to ceiling windows allow so much light. The radiant floor heat was not functional upstairs, and downstairs it was lukewarm. Staff had to bring space heaters to warm it up. Very disappointed the the fireplace was out of order as well. Bend in the winter is cold, things that keep the home warm need to be in top shape and fully functional.
