We were a family with three boys (ages 4-10) and both sets of grandparents. There was enough room for everyone. It’s a little bit set away from the Sunriver shopping area and SHARC, but there is a grocery story pretty much right out the back door. Came in handy when we realized we didn’t have syrup or basil. Someone would just walk to the store 2 minutes away. We enjoyed the layout of the home. TVs were a little difficult at first, but the people before us must have hooked up something and not rehooked up the cable. An easy fix once we looked at it.
