Everything was great, we loved the house and area. The only problem was check in was supposed to be at 4:30. We didn’t arrive until 5:30 to find a car in the driveway with a girl that was in the house she came to the door and told us that it wasn’t ready yet because she was still inspecting it.

We appreciate you noting the issue that occurred with our staff still preparing the home for your arrival after check-in time. Notes like this are very important for us to know what we can improve on and how to better train our team. Further thanks for your private note about the master bedroom drain. Our team has been notified and will fix the issue ASAP.
