Great overall experience. Day – 1 All is well. Place was clean, hot tub warm.Day 2 – The garbage instructions need to be very clear as to what the tenant is responsible for. I received four notifications (two via. text and two emails) and there’s also instructions posted inside the house as well. Some instructions say that the side of the driveway needs to be cleared for the “garbage truck” and some say clear for “garbage can” pick up. We had one large truck (not an RV) and three SUVs non of which could be parked on the street in Sunriver and not enough room to fit all of the vehicles on one side of the driveway so a garbage truck would have access. After calling multiple times we ended up taking a picture of the access to the garbage enclosure and texting it to Village Properties for approval. All 12 of us planned on leaving that morning at 6:00AM to join another party at the trailhead for a mountain biking trip, we finally left at 10:00AM. We received confirmation after flagging down the garbage truck driver, then received confirmation from Village Properties requesting approval of the photo that we sent.Day 3 – After asking where the SHARC passes were located we were informed by the Village Properties representative that this property did not include the passes however, we could pay for the passes and we would be reimbursed up to $250?We didn’t go.Says your stay would automatically include…In addition to these amenities, guests of Red Cedar 30 with Village Properties at Sunriver, your stay will automatically include:- SHARC Recreation Plus Passes provides access to:- SHARC Indoor and Outdoor Pool- SHARC Disc Golf Course- SROA Tennis & Pickleball courts (with reservation)- SROA Boat Launch- 10% off bikes at Village Bike and Ski- 33% off at Widgi Creek Golf Course (please pick up vouchers at our office)Day 4 – Sad to leaveIn All – The house is great and Sunriver is great. Help with clearing obstacles, not so great. Just felt like I spent too much time on the phone which forced a change of plans for a very large group of people, twice. I guess it would not have been so bad if we only had two people, but we would not have stayed in SR.

We recently shifted how our SHARC program works for most homes and this was one description that got missed during the updating. We changed the verbiage to show correct information about the current reimbursement program as soon as you notified our team.
