Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay for our family of four. The house has a great layout with plenty of space. Location is perfect. You’re near the entrance to Sunriver and less than half a mile from the Village. House also has AC which is great when it’s warm. The house has plenty of bikes to use. (Though we opted to rent bikes for both our kids because one needed training wheels and the bikes didn’t quite fit our oldest.) Mark & Kate were super responsive. It was easy to get in touch with them. When I had a question about the thermostat (embarrassingly, user error!), they sent someone over within 15 minutes. Also, I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that Mark & Kate were super flexible with our trip. We initially booked for August 2023 but, because of Central Oregon fires, we opted to postpone our trip. They allowed us to reschedule into Summer 2024. We really appreciate it. We will be back!
