So to begin, check in was stated as 4pm and the home wouldn’t open until 4:30pm. Looking back at everything, the email from management said 4:30 check in and their Airbnb listing said 4pm so that was confusing but no big deal. We were all underwhelmed by the property itself. While the location is absolutely fantastic, especially for large groups with multiple homes rented like us, the home is in need of many minor repairs/updates. The king size bed frame in the primary bedroom is lopsided (broken?), the blinds didn’t work and there was a note stating management was notified but not sure how long they were like that, the dryer stopped working and then started again thankfully, the door doesn’t lock between the primary bathroom and the primary bedroom, etc. The linens, pillows and rugs seem old and needing replaced. The home was definitely cleaned prior to our arrival and we have no complaints there! We would stay here again if they made some updates and fixes!
