Kate on the property management team went WAY out of her way to help us get into this home. We had rented a condo without AC, and it was miserable. She heard our concerns (even answering our text very late at night), and was able to get us into this place during a very busy time. It is newly remodeled and VERY nice. The only negatives would be a slight pool smell trickling into the master from the hot tub area, and the skylight above the bed in the master lets the light in early.
