We appreciate you letting us know about the ongoing issues you had with the AC. Thank you for telling us about the problem when it occurred, and we’re sad that we weren’t able to fix it the first time. Our maintenance team has been notified of the ongoing issue and will resolve it so future guests don’t have the same problem.
