This home fits our family needs in terms of bedrooms, bathrooms, ability to have a dog, fenced yard, AC and location near the lodge.The home was very clean and with the Covid that was important to us. There was a mixup on time to get entry to property that Brad (in the office) acknowledged but even with that the cleaning crew got us in at 3:30 to a very clean home.When I called the office on day 1 about the garbage and stove, it was Immediately taken care of. The new dishwasher was nice to have. The amount of kitchen needs like plates etc. is nice to have.NegativesThe backyard is and has been very overgrown – definitely an eyesore. We had a few umbrellas outside but this year only one on the back deck. The upstairs bathroom continues to run. Last year they came by and fixed it while we were there. The chain keeps getting loose. There needs to be box fans for upstairs rooms. It gets pretty hot up there in July. – Bill G. from Wilsonville
