We stayed at Quartz Mtn #5 the village property customer service was very good and so nice that it was on site . The house was very nice the only down side is that though it sleeps 12 there is very little seating in the living room . 2 chairs and a couch is only enough for 5. The only other down side would be that I wish it came with bikes. I did like location and the peace and quiet. Over all a great place to stay with excellent customer service from village property but if you are trying to feed and accommodate a large amount of people the kitchen and living room are a tight fit . I would definitely use village properties again and look forward to next summer
