Thank you for your feedback on the check-in/check-out times for the home. We understand that we have check-ins/outs that are a bit later/earlier than common times in places like hotels but are necessary for the home’s cleaning and safety checks. Vacation rental homes like ours are much larger than hotel rooms and require more time to clean and prepare for incoming guests. We always want to give our team enough time to go in, clean, and do safety checks so that our incoming guests are safe and comfortable. If you stay with us again in the future, you can request an early check-in/late check-out. If our team is able to grant it, we are always happy to do so!
