This unit was perfect! Our college kids had rooms downstairs and our room was upstairs. They stayed up late in the hot tub and we could sleep in peace. This layout would be great for families of littles. Or two families. The upstairs had lots of sitting,games movies and books. Something for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with items for cooking. I loved all the views from the windows. Very cheerful and bright. Right up the street was a short walk to the river.
