Concerning the kitchenware situation, we apologize for any concern that it caused you and your group and greatly appreciate you helping us retrieve the items. Thank you for sending in those additional photos, as with those we are certain that a previous guest left those out. We are happy that you felt our team handled the situation well and were grateful for your understanding as we tried to find a resolution to the situation.
