My partner and I took a quick trip to Sunriver to get some quiet time away from home. The house was awesome and we will definitely rent again with friends/family down the line. My only complaint would be some outdated information that could use an update. I received a lot of confirmation emails with instructions, including our password to get into the home/wifi passwords. The keypad was slightly different than the instructions provided but it was easy enough to figure out. However, the wifi password they shared for the property did not work. When I called the next day, the customer serivce informed me the password was something completely different. Would be nice to have that info noted inside of the property with the other instructional notes. Small, small stuff – overall such a great stay and the customer service was excellent. A little close to other neighbors but the space is set up to give lots of privacy. 100% recommend and will be back. – Anonymous from Eugene
