We stayed a week at this well appointed and comfortable home with all the customary amenities, plus a whole next level of attention to the details by the property management company. It provided a week’s worth of the items that are a nuisance to go and buy, such as paper towels, soaps, trash bags etc. It also provided a well maintained bike for each guest, ping pong table and dog amenities (the pet fee was reasonable. ). The house was spotless and had updated counters, fixtures and furnishings. The fireplace/furnace thermostat integration could be improved to require less adjustment. The privacy is pretty good for the area, the hot tub is great, and the location abuts the walking/biking trail. We would happily stay again. 5 stars for a nice Sun River house for two plus couples or a smaller group.
