This is a BIG house–great for a big group. But it would be more comfortable with a few extra amenities: hooks in bathrooms to hang up towels and wet swimsuits, bedside lamps in the upstairs bedrooms, a trash can in the laundry room for lint from the dryer, a few extra kitchen towels and some proper oven mitts for those who do a lot of cooking (along with some aluminum foil and plastic wrap). We loved the hot tub and extra towels, dog amenities, and comfortable mattresses. The 4 bikes were also great!
