House was Perfect

We needed a single-story house for my aging father and this house was perfect. We also enjoyed the peaceful view from the back deck looking at no other houses and few cars because of the quiet loop the house is on. The train was actually a hit with both my dad and kids, and like others have said, was surprisingly quiet. The kids also really enjoyed the bikes and ping pong.
