Village Properties provides management services to over 160 residential properties in Central Oregon. Our current inventory includes a townhome complex and an apartment complex in La Pine; many homes, both furnished and unfurnished, in Sunriver; as well as homes in the outlying areas such as Three Rivers South, some with acreage and river front ammenities.

1. Call and schedule an appointment with a Long Term Rental Specialist to walk you through the Sunriver properties of your choice.
2. Choose the Central Oregon home that you would like to move into.
3. Obtain an application and other relevant documents. Printable versions are available online (see below) in PDF format. You may also stop by in person in our office located at Sunriver Village Mall, Building 8. We would also be glad to fax or mail them directly to you. 4. Submit your completed application to our Long Term Rental Department with a $40.00 application fee (per adult that will reside in the home).
We review all applications in the order received. Please allow 5-7 working days to completely process your application.
Renters of Village Properties are also benefited with a number of long term rental discounts at various Sunriver restaurants and stores, and with several Central Oregon recreation outfitters.
