Experience the downstream habitat of Whychus Creek below Camp Polk Meadow! Wanderlust Tours is offering a special tour to Alder Springs the morning after the tree planting, with pickups in Bend at 8:00 a.m. and Sisters at 8:30 a.m. Come witness the spring bringing life into this gorgeous habitat. We’ll ford Wychus Creek to follow it to its spectacular confluence with the Deschutes. Please bring a lunch while we relax next to the river. This is a special experience tour discounted to $30 per person, with added value because of the hard work put in the day before! Please join us for this special tour even if you cannot participate in the tree planting- though we would love to see you at both events!
