Village Properties guests and owners now have access to the North Pool, Mavericks Recreation Center AND the New SHARC facility!
FREE SWIMMING at the SHARC facility is included with all our vacation rentals!

The SHARC Aquatic & Recreation Center is located on 22 acres, between Beaver Drive and Overlook Road. The main entry is off Overlook Rd at Circle 2.

In the wintertime the tubing hill is open and there are three individual runs and viewing area with ceiling warmers. Admission will be charged for the sledding hill and tubes if you are NOT a Village Properties guest.
